Mobile QSDP and spending money

Hey guys, I know this an unusual one but we are booked for 10nights in Coronado springs and booked if with the QSDP we are thinking of spending money now. It's for 2 adults and most of our time will be at the parks or the pool. We will defo get souvenirs and maybe 1 or 2 table service dinners so thinking about $2000 usd should cover us?

Should this be ok?

That’s more than enough. Technically on the QS plan you could get buy with a couple of hundred. The rest will be whatever you want to spend on ‘stuff’. That could be loads or nothing. Drinking alcohol over and above one drink per meal would be a consideration. Alcohol bought on Disney property is very expensive.

Absolutely, we like to shop (wife’s professional) and $2k will be fine.

We’ve regularly done DDP & QSDP & on some days struggle to spend anything at all.

You’ll be fine.

That's plenty. There are 4 of us going, all adults on the QSDP, and we've got around $925. The most we've ever taken is $1000 and that's when we were on the DDP and had to pay tips. We don't go clothes, accessory or gadget shopping though.

For the first 5 days we spent nothing, then I went to the outlet... We spent less than 2k with 3 week stay 10 days of which were on the QSDP this summer. 2a and 3c but children had their own spending money.

That should be plenty - last time we went and were on QSDP we spent less than $700 ( 3 of us ) and were spending money in Disney springs on the last morning to use it up.

That’s more than enough for incidentals. Whether it’s enough for your shopping is entirely up to you. We bought very little at the outlets this year. If we’d bought nothing and stuck entirely to QSDP we’d have got by on $200.

I suggest actually you take very little in cash but have a fee free CC to use with a limit on it that suits your top budget. That way you don’t spend for the sake of it.

We did 10 nights on the table service dining plan and £600 each more than covered all tips, shopping and even last minute halloween party tickets. Youll have a great time with that spending money!
