Cop hall park n ride

Has anyone used cophall park n ride at gatwick?
What's it like? Recommendations?
Do you get to keep your keys?

Their coming in a bit cheaper than anyone else but I've not heard of them before.

Also can anyone recommend a keep your keys parking for gatwick. The long stay is extortionate and nearly double what we paid before. 😕

We have used Cophall Farm for the last 6 or 7 holidays and they have been great. There is a barrier entrance which you have to go through and park on the right, then proceed to the friendly reception area to check in. You then get picked up from reception in a mini bus and driver will even load your luggage for you. Quick easy and hassle free!

Do you have to hand your keys over?

Yes you do hand your keys in at reception, which we were a little wary of initially but it has always been fine(we always check mileage b4 and after and only ever has the car been moved round to the big car park on site). We have used alot of the onsite car parks which have always been ok but a bit of a hassle lugging suitcases, hand luggage, kids etc, this is a more personal service. Then on your return a quick call to them once you have cleared security and they r there to pick you up in a very short time.

I really cannot recommend them enough I have been using them since they were a tiny tiny operation over 10 years ago. You do not get to keep your keys but they really look after your car and they are so friendly. There is always a mini bus ready to take you so there is no hanging about and again they will put your cases in the mini bus and take them out for you. They even warm your car up for you on your return if it's the winter 😀

Used loads of times, always excellent service, never any issues, we leave sat nav in car and change, note mileage etc.

Used them last year. Easy to find, nice staff, felt comfortable leaving car with them.
Would have booked again this year but found a decent deal at the airport.
