Alamo skip the counter website

Is there a ongoing problem with alamo skip the counter website I have been trying to get on and do skip the counter but doesn't seem to be working

There are numerous issues with the Alamo OLCI website... whats your specific problem and i'll let you know if theres a fix for it.

It's just doing skip the counter so I can go straight to the car

You can go straight to the garage with the OLCI slip. I've never bothered with the skip the counter part.

However if you want to complete it open alamo/en_US/car-rental/checkin.html on one tab of your browser and sign in. Open a second tab on your browser and go to alamo/en_US/car-rent...in/bypass.html and you should see the skip the counter screen.

I did my online check in and skip the counter earlier with no problems..after I completed the online check in bit it came up with a link asking if I wanted to do skip the counter too.

For anyone flying into MCO and having trouble doing skip the counter (if you still need to do it) then what Andy posted below still works.

Just managed to do it now for our April trip
