Advice when getting mobility car

Today, we are heading to the local Renault garage as my friend (terminal cancer) is now ready to get her car via Mobility. Is is all plain sailing or should we know any tips before going?

Ask to speak to the Motability Specialist as they will have recieved extra training. If your friend is in receipt of benefits they may be entitled to a grant to help with the advance payment depending on the car they are interested in
