Where do I park mum’s Scooter at our resort! ?
Hi guys!
Really random question but we travel to Art of Animation in july and are staying in a little mermaid room and I have no idea where we have to park mum’s Mobility scooter to charge it overnight. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Just a quick side note- Mum needs the scooter for the parks but she is able to walk shorter distances so we won’t be requesting any special type of room. Thanks in advance 🙂 |

My mother in law had a scooter and it was ok to leave it just outside the room we also put it on charge there. We stayed at the Beach club there was other guests that did the same no one complained about it.
For the parks you are able to take the scooter on the Disney buses. |

Hi all are you able to take the scooters into your room at the beach club. Also how easy is it to use the Disney buses with a scooter as my dad will be using one in August.

Thanks for the quick responses. I don’t think there is enough room outside the AoA rooms to park the scooter as we are likely to be above the ground floor. This is where I become unsure of where to put it. lol 😂

With regards to using the scooters in the Disney buses from what I have seen it is quite easy. They load the scooters and their passengers on first before the other passengers in the lines and I believe the buses can take 2 or 3 scooters at a time. Hope this helps.

The bus drivers are really helpful at loading the scooters on and off if help is needed. Just ask.
