Recommend a washing powder

Normally when I go I go PE and with my husband, but this year I am going economy and on my own (I am now a widow). With this in mind I used to take 3 medium sized suitcases and as my other half took very little in the way of clothes I could take my normal washing powder and fabric softener with me, but this time I don't think I will be able to fit it into just one suitcase so can any of you recommend a really good washing powder and softer that I can buy. Thanks

We use Omo and Tide when out there. You used to get Tide here but not had it over here for years. Maybe someone else can recommend others?

Forgot to say we use fabric softener sheets. Choose what you like, have a sniff and decide.

We take Bold so no need for fabric conditioner.

Could you maybe put a fair bit in a Tupperware box? Needs to be sealed tight though as you dont want podwer everywhere.

We buy tide too.

What about taking a few of the tablet form of your normal washing powder?
