I am in, I hate my clothes feeling uncomfortable I need to loose a stone I am going to start lighterlife in the New Year and a couple of mornings swimming on top of my dog walking x

I mainly weigh on a Saturday (well every day but I count my Saturday weigh) so I will post that every Saturday.

I'm in, although I haven't really got my head in gear yet (I'm still eating the Xmas treats!) I'll start when I go back to work on 2nd Jan.
I have a lot to lose but I'm going to concentrate on fitting back into my summer clothes ready for Florida in August.

I've put on lots of weight over last year. Would love to lose 2 stone prior to holiday in July. Going to start back on 5-2 diet which seems to work for me and will be starting back at gym. Starting first Monday in January. A group like this would really would really help me keep on track.

I’m in too, I’ve eaten sooooo much these last few weeks in fact months.
I started Veganuary today and nearly slipped up already, but am determined to give it a go. I’m veggie anyway, so it’s not the meat that’s difficult for me to cut out, it’s the dairy! Most of the things I over indulge in contain dairy, so hoping it’ll kick start me into starting some sort of diet or healthier eating. How’s everyone else doing? 😊 |

Been out walking yesterday and today and back on slimming world plan. Last Christmas meet up tomorrow going to try stay on plan, even if it goes wrong after that 100% on it.
