She's a very lucky girl..

Dresses don't have to be 'that' expensive. Well it can be done very cheap second hand, but beautiful dresses can be bought for under £500.

Wed2b have whole stores of beautiful dresses around this price mark, but I just popped into the local bridal shop in the village. One of their samples fit me like a dream, was a £2k dress that had been used as a sample, and had been being sold for £900 as a sample, but they got new ones in and so halved it to £450. I couldn't believe it

Don’t want a veil, I have a couple of hair vines to trial so hopefully she can find a style I like.

I think that would look lovely, maybe a simple chignon at the back?

My absolute limite for my dress is £1500. Ideally £1200 but I really want a Mori-Lee dress so fingers crossed I prefer one of the cheaper ones haha.

Our wedding is ridiculously expensive. We are paying for everything ourselves . My parents have said they will help - but not mentioned/amount/what so we are doing this wedding ourselves and if anyone wants to chip in that would be lovely haha.

I’ve been speaking to florist this week who I think we’re going to book and have emailed a photobooth company last night

I would have gone to £1k for my dress, so always grateful I found the bargain of the century.
Are you on any of the Facebook groups for bride to be’s?
They can be super helpful, but also very funny sometimes 😂

My first dress was over £1k in the sale, 10 foot train, not practical at all lol.
I love Ian Stuart Dresses and Pnina Tornai too.
This time I’ve had a bridesmaid dress made into dark ivory as it feels so comfortable to wear. Working out about £190 for it too.

I am part of the main 2020 groups. Which is mostly good, but sometimes you have to wonder what planet people are on! And I hate the “how much is your wedding costing” question/anything to do with money because they just get really rude to anyone spending a lot on their wedding lol.

Then all the bridesmaids drama - they’re fun to read 😂😂

Yeah the bridesmaid drama is great 😂😂

I’m on the brides to be page and also recently followed emboldened bride. Seems to be plenty on there spending like £20k

Still get the oddballs suggesting a go fund me for a wedding though 😂
