ESTA help needed please - doing it now

We are taking an Alaska cruise in May and am trying to apply for an ESTA. I have got to the question “US Point of contact information”. The only one I can think of is the cruise company. Would this be right please?

Behind the ? symbol does it say you can put "unknown"? I'm sure that dozens of Dibbers, especially those going to AOA villas, put unknown without any issues

I did ours on Sunday, really stressful and it kept telling me my session was almost over and to click OK if I needed more time. Almost enough to put you off going!
