Qured issues

Hi all,

Just wanted to highlight this to as many as possible!

I ordered my tests with Qured confirmation came through as what was booked. They then send you your test references which need to be registered on the website. When I do this 1 test is what I booked and the second is for a day 2 test. Not what I booked!

I have been in contact with Qured for the past couple of days with the promise of call backs and to sort this within the next couple of hours but nothing. Then when speaking with the next agent no notes on the system of my problem.

I am sure if everything runs smoothly it is great, but just be careful and double check the codes you have is what you ordered. And good luck if you need to speak with their customer service team.

I’ve requested a refund which I’m not holding out much hope for and going to rebook an in person test at boots or Lloyds.

But….. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CODES!

Thank you for posting this as I had looked at this company
This would be an additional stress I don’t need, it is hard enough living rurally as I am anxious about posting them out.
I will look somewhere else.

That is a faff, but you will need to do a 2-day test on return anyway, so you should be able to use it even if it’s not what you originally ordered.

I did think that, but I paid the extra to do a video appointment which I wouldn’t need for day 2.

They have agreed to a refund so I’m going to start again with someone else. Just want to get the tests right as won’t be going anywhere without them!

I ordered two video tests from them last night for our outbound flight.

Both codes were correct and was able to book the appointments. Hopefully everything else runs smoothly.

Will probably get the Day 2 ones from Chromatics as they seem to be the chepaest.

I’m sure mine was a one off, so glad yours has worked out ok. It’s just frustrating when this is the main hurdle standing between me and Disney!

Has anyone used Chronomics for ordering tests? The Fit to Fly rapid antigen test are not supervised. It just says that you ‘will receive quick online results within minutes together with a downloadable certificate’. Is this acceptable for entry in to the USA?

No these aren’t accepted for usa as they don’t do a video. Chronomics are good though for the day 2.

I have just had the same issue. I ordered x 3 Pre flight fit to fly tests and have received the codes for Day 2 LFD tests.
I have sent an email as it is Sunday but will be calling tomorrow. Fortunately, we are not flying until the 19th so have time to rectify this.
