Air Miles have a lot to answer for, as they sent me a letter this morning advertising 'half miles' flights and I just couldn't resist and have booked flights to Paris for May 2003!

We had no plans for next Summer at all, but you know what it's like when you see an offer and before I knew it I had booked it, it happened that fast!  LOL!!  .

For 1000 miles and £123.50 in total I got 4 return flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle from Manchester.  I didn't think there was much chance of them being available as it is during the late May school break, but there was no problem!  .

So... no doubt I will be asking loads of DLP questions and the first one is has anyone been at the end of May.  What can I expect regarding hours, weather and most importantly of all, crowds!!!  Will there be fireworks in the eveings?  We will be there from Monday to Friday so hoping it won't be too crowded.

As we will be there for 4 park days (not counting the Monday as we will arrive late) I'm wondering whether Annual Passes may be better, does anyone know where I can find out the costs.  I have a Disney Club card, hoping I can get a discount on passes and room.

Thanks for any help with this.  It will be nice to know that when we come back from WDW in January, to the cold, cold UK, we will only have just over 4 months to wait before we get another Disney fix!     .

mazzy -

that's brilliant.

I can't tell you much about next may, because we went in November and it was bl**ming cold, but we had a great time.

Where are you staying?

I really fancy a DLP trip - it's such a long time until next June,  I need something sooner to look forward to.

Hi Bev

I'm not sure where we will be staying this time round, I guess it all depends how the budget looks after our trip to WDW in December! .

We have been twice to DLP, first time in September (boiling hot weather) and stayed off-site - a nightmare!  Second visit was in January to make up for cancelling our WDW trip and it was freezing cold!  So hoping to find a happy medium this time with the weather.  We stayed in the New York in January and loved it, fantastic view from the top floor room we were allocated. .

I am considering annual passes as it seems once you get to the 6 day mark they work out cheaper, so looking into that option as there is always the chance we may be able to get back within 12 months, especially if we don't have passes to pay for. .
