Not 50's but at 44 I'm currently over half way through my second degree.

I'll be 45 when I qualify next year as a Social Worker although I've worked in Children's Social Work roles for nearly 10yrs.

I've done my degree full time along side a 33hrs a week job, and have a 4yr old and a 1yr old both in nursery so had a baby in the middle of it too... plus of course a Pandemic! Go for it

I'm not sure I'll ever retire, I think i'll always do something, even if it's just voluntary 1 or 2 days a week.

Otherwise i'd be at risk of being a creepy old woman hanging round Disney forums all day every day...
