Disney Boardwalk
Despite having been visiting since 1998, Disney Boardwalk seems to have passed us by. It's just come to my attention today having received some Disney bumf in the post. Looks to me that it's best accessed from Epcot.
We are 2 x 16 year olds, 1 x 20 year old, all girls, and my wife and I. So, is it worth visiting, or is it similar to Disney Springs? TYIA |

Yes it's lovely to stroll about, but it's mostly restaurants, nowhere near as big as Disney Springs. We love a walk around it.

You can access the Boardwalk via Epcot or alternatively via The Dolphin or even by one of the Disney boats. They stop, I believe near The Yacht Club, just across the lake from the boardwalk. It's a lovely walk round the lake especially of an evening when it's cooling down a bit. Different type of place to Disney Springs really.

As others have said a lot different to DS. It's really a resort with a walkway (boardwalk ) around the lake with Y&BC on the other side.
There are a handful of restaurants and bars and of course the ubiquitous Disney shop. Nothing like the eating and retail options offered by DS though. We always visit at least once every holiday but park up at DS and use the WDW bus. You can get a boat across to Y&BC, S&D, HS and EPCOT. You can also hire Surrey bikes and ride the complete circuit. During the evening there are street entertainers such as jugglers and magicians. Mick
