Thanks for all the replies
We stayed at Saratoga last time and loved it, and the mickeys waffles for breakfast! Was thinking of old key west due to the bed configuration. Dd and ds will be 13 and 10 and not sure about them sharing a bed at that age! Was super lucky last time as got upgraded from a studio to a 2 bed, but think the 2 bed will be too expensive, but could stretch to a 1 bed. It's a shame Saratoga doesn't do the extra single bed and it would be perfect! |

Similar opinion to Shar9, QS option on resort is not a deciding factor for us, the odd half day by the pool and we usually get some breakfast in one of the parks...we love OKW for how relaxed and chilled out it feels, the apartments are spacious and it doesn't feel like your on a Disney property.

For us okw is great for the room, Walmart for essentials and usually quick breakfast in room cereal toast or grab something in park. The space would be more important to us .

Another one who thinks OKW is very poor for QS but very good for the room/bed configuration. We've stayed at OKW twice but the lack of decent QS hasn't bothered us as we always have a car and don't really like QS options anyway: you can always get the waffles at another resort OP if the bed config is important to you?

as a side note that i thought of today
If you have a car, then we pop down to POR for a pizza once a stay, so i guess you could jump in the car, drive down to POR and then get the bus to which ever park you are going to, then get bus back to POR |

We are having our 3rd stay at OKW in August, love the place and have never found the QS an issue. Granted the QS is not the best but when having an afternoon round the pool we have always found the QS options fine to keep us going. We rarely use QS for breakfast anyway and go to Walmart for cereals and cinnamon rolls instead.
We also pop to POR a couple of times a stay to get the large pizza deal.
