Fantastic start. The salad with the chicken sounded like a nice change.. I’ve never had fruit in with a meat salad - sounds yummy. I’m looking for offsite inspiration for my part stay at universal so I may have to see where the nearest Bahama Breeze is

I hop - breakfast

Got an uber to the nearest ihop. We had a voucher for a free stack of pancakes so I order the rooty tooty pancake stack. I love this, the peaches and pancakes are a perfect combo for me.

Dh has the split decision and enjoyed it. Along with a strawberry milkshake - full days worth of calories in one sitting!

Ds had the breakfast sampler, this also came with 2 buttermilk pancakes.

It was all good and a good price.

We need to give I-hop a go, it’s had a few off reviews lately but I like the idea of the peach and pancakes. Are the peaches like our tinned ones in the syrup?

We spent the morning at the outlets.
Stopped for a snack at the food court. We had Chinese. Orange chicken, spicy chicken and pork egg rolls to share along with a Diet Coke $18

Followed by a mango and dragonfruit refresher from Starbucks.

I know how did you miss it...there are so many great places to choose from offsite and at universal, wishing we had booked a bit longer at universal before going to Disney. Still it gives me an excuse for another universal/offsite trip next year.

I doubt the one on idrive is too far away. That salad is really good. The pool bar at the Royal Pacific does another nice one with chicken and oranges and an Asian dressing. The Bahama breeze one is my favourite though.

They are like the tinned ones but the good quality non mushy ones 😂
We went to the one at 9990 idrive and it was fine, we also went to that one at Easter and had no issues either.
