adding on to a booking?

Hello everyone!
we are looking at booking 1 room at the Yacht Club for 10 nights next October 2018, with the usual Disney package for 3 adults.
My BF does not know if he can make it yet but will know better next year. We would then want to bump it up to two rooms for the booking or upgrade to a 2 bed villa at either the beach club or boardwalk.

Just a quick one but if we decide next year to add another room onto the booking and also another guest, will they still uphold the package deal (aka free dining?) if we choose to add on after the offer has finished?
Anyone with any experience of adding on to their original booking?

Can't comment on the room aspect, but I do remember reading on here someone who wasn't sure her family would secure the dates for holidays with work so she booked for herself only while free dine etc was on.

Later (once the offer had finished) when she'd got the OK from her H's work that those dates were approved she called and added the rest of her family on and kept the package. They only charged her the theme park ticket price of the other travellers and they got the same offer of free dine as that what was originally booked. She had to pay their £50pp deposit at the time of adding them on. Disney charge per room per night for accommodation, not per person.

You can add people and still get the offer, but you can't add rooms. You could upgrade to a 2 bed villa but obviously that depends on availability.
