Question Instant pots - worth it, and which is best?

I’ve been looking at various meal prep and recipe sites and beginning to think I’m the only person that doesn’t have an instant pot. So, if you have one of these, are you happy you got it and do you use it enough to be worth the investment? Which one do you have and if you could choose any - which would you buy? A lot of questions there but keen to see what my fellow Dibbers think. Thanks in advance for any replies

We got one in December and we absolutely love it. There’s just the 2 of us but we got the large duo plus. To be honest I really didn’t look at all the variations as we had bought it for my dad along with a recipe book for Christmas and when it came we had a look at what you could make and just bought another one for us.
It’s so easy and honestly the food is delicious. We have made so far, risotto, pulled pork ( amazing), roast beef, stew, soup, New York cheesecake ( yes that’s correct ), spaghetti bolognese, roast gammon which the stock then made lentil soup. I’m going to make a proper beef Ragu this week.
What I have learned is to trust it. I’m so glad we got it.

Ah, I didn’t realise there were different brands, it just called instant pot duo plus.
We bought it from John Lewis.

We have the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus, which we definitely use enough to justify the purchase, although we are not fanatical about using it just for the sake of it. Nothing earth shattering perhaps, but we make pasta sauces, cook potatoes (either par boil for roasting or whole hog for mashing), make cheesecakes and always use it to make stock with the remains of a roast. This is our second instant pot and has a couple of features we like more than the first model, such as the digital display and pre-sets, the steam release switch and the diffuser.

I have the Instant Pot Duo 7 in 1.
We always cook rice and potatoes in it. Mash is so much better as all the potatoes are equally cooked.
We also cook all meat in it (apart from a roast chicken). Brisket, gammon and pork are just lovely.
Brains faggots are lovely in it as the sauce doesn't thicken and so it seems like you get twice as much.
We definitely use it 2/3 times a week.

You are definitely not alone, I had never heard of an instant pot until just now! I am going to have to refrain from googling as I have too many gadgets.
