We did CRT with DS when he was 5.

From that point he stuck to bowls or ice cream sandwiches - bless his heart, he was SO embarrassed!

We did get really lucky at CRT - I think we'll leave that as a "one and done" so the memory of it remains so good...

I really think that Poot's varied palate is down to my fundamental laziness. We are a family of three - and there is NO way that I was ever going to make two separate meals for only three people!

He is as mischievous as any other boy - but he has a tender heart and struggles to see anyone look "lonely". I'm pretty sure Cinderella wasn't lonely, but he meant well, lol.

And I won't lie, little tear in the eye that night......it really was like something out of a Disney advert!

I won't lie...I am not always eager to wait for characters......but that Snow White was AMAZING. It can't be easy for her to interact with young boys in that "persona" (maybe she just pretends they're dwarfs, lol).

We were both so pleased with CRT - it's great when a place EXCEEDS your expectations, isn't it?

And Poot (bless him) was so proud of his little sentences - wait 'til you see him talking about Harry Potter with Shrek and Donkey. It was easier for him to chat to them - they weren't "beautiful characters"!

SW and Cindy were AWESOME! Poot was so happy -

I don't think I'm tough to please when it comes to food (I give you my love of plastic cheese ) - but Disney food is so expensive - it should at least NEARLY be worth its cost, no?

Ah, the ice cream...Poot had some major sensory issues when he was younger, and one of them related to cold. So he couldn't have an ice cube, or ice cream - anything frozen - without tear-inducing pain. It took many years for him to outgrow it, but he's making up for lost time now, lol.

It was such a great night - we're never going back, so that it stays "perfect" in my mind!
