I went in October last year. I found that Thomas Cook were £100 per person cheaper. Thomson wanted £1000 per person in premium economy (on the day they went on sale) where Thomas Cook was £900pp. If there are children travelling, also price up the cheapest package as can be cheaper and you can pay a deposit.

If prices are similar this year then it looks like I'll be booking with BA in the sale, thanks for the info.

That’s why this year we are going with BA! £1900 for the 4 of us on a flydrive. Not in Premium economy but half the price we paid in October with Thomas Cook.

I don't blame you, the money you are saving can go on other things for Florida.

I plan on booking our flights for July 2019 in about October. There were some great Expedia package deals for this year, in October last year. Gonna book flights and Universal hotel through there

It’s normally only the summer, so up to the end of October. When I worked for Thomson the Winter days were released around September time. I left two years ago, so could have changed though.

I'm hoping for some good availability for next year on 3 week flights - they don't seem to offer many from Glasgow unfortunately.. but fingers crossed
