Temple Spa palm balm is great. The only thing I’ve found to help with dry skin and brittle nails with all the hand washing in the last 10 months 🙄

We use Cetraben Cream, fragrance free and can get in a sturdy pump bottle.

Buy your own nice pump bottle and fill it from plastic tubes of one you like because I think the best ones are not available in large sizes due to cost. I use O'Keefes Working Hands which seems expensive but you only need to use the tiniest bit

I'd combine these two suggestions! Cetraben cream is less of a cosmetic/luxury hand cream than some of the creams suggested and I used to supply lots of Cetraben on prescription when I worked in a pharmacy (you can also buy it for about £10 for 500ml pump top bottle).

You could do a Stacey Soloman/Mrs Hinch type job and decant the Cetraben into a nicer bottle with a pump top. They're available in shops like Home Bargains and B&M and you could even get a label made from Etsy!

I use O'Keefes and so does my husband. His hands get cracked and split from working outside. Its the only thing that helps him
