Where is the meet and greet? Is it with the other princesses, do they not have a fast pass for them? (Sorry to hijack OP)
3hours is horrendous! I hope it's not that long for when you go Gracie |

Was there 2 weeks ago and the wait time (it's at Norway in Epcot) was between 4 and 5 hours.
The greet times were recently extended to 9am to 7pm. I way to get in front of the crowds is to book an early breakfast at Akershus. I think most people were leaving 1 person in line and going and doing something else with the kids and then swapping over. There seemed to be a lot of good spirits in the queue - everybody trying to stay sane I suppose. Probably a good idea to warn your kids in advance that they won't get to see Anna and Elsa so you don't build their hopes up unless you are prepared to wait. I don't know why Disney don't have 2 or more pairs of characters hidden away as you reach the front of the line to move the queue through a lot faster. My DDs saw Anna being swept along by some minders and were satisfied with that ! Also had an effect on Maelstrom which was rammed with people having time off from the queue. We walked up to Morocco and met Aladdin and Jasmine who were hanging around with nobody waiting. |

My friend got back on Tuesday and said the wait was just under 5 hours when she was there, needless to say they didn't bother. X

I'd heard about the really long wait times, so when I went last month after they'd changed the meet times from 11 to 9, I thought if I got there at rope drop I'd be fine. Got to Epcot for 8:30 (for a 9am opening) and whilst we were waiting a CM came over and told us it would be a 3-4 hour wait from where we were - at park opening! It did take 4 hours.
As sotegals said, definitely try to get an early breakfast reservation at Akershus so that you're out and in the queue before the park opens. I was talking to the families either side of me, and with both the mums stayed and waited while dad and the children went to do all the rides, when they got back, dad waited whilst mum went to get lunch! I was waiting on my own and didn't mind, the lovely ladies even saved me a spot when I needed to get something to eat It was worth it, Anna and Elsa did take their time with everyone when you did finally make it and were really lovely. They definitely need more than one set though, a lot of the time was just waiting for them to come back from their breaks. |

I feel ashamed but actually don't know who these characters are... . I was wondering why Maelstrom was in Tier 1 for EPCOT, now I know why. Can somebody enlighten me as to who they are, please. (hangs head in shame)
