Mobile Food and wine festival

I have 2 days booked for Epcot whilst it is on. Neither day is a full day and both have ADR booked. (Friday is breakfast Saturday is a dinner) Would I be better going a fri eve or sat morning. We fly home on the 4th so only have the weekend to experience it.

Don't think it opens till 11am do the morning might not give you much time but the early time will be much quieter than the Friday night

It can also get busy on weekends with stag/hen, birthday parties etc, not unruly parties but noisy ones.

I've made one of our Epcot days a day where we have no ADR booked and we'll saunter round F&W in the afternoon. I wouldn't choose to do F&W in the evening at all.
