I've left a message but I guess for these prices I should call and wait. Patience needed...

I think I must be missing something, I'm not seeing an option to live chat on the website?

Do the people who are getting discovery cove for £23 already have sea world tickets, so it’s like an upgrade. Or are they getting just discovery cove? Amazing deal if so!

I had a look on their website and you can only book Discovery Cove with SW and BG included. I think you'll need to call them to get the stand alone ticket offer.
Like you, I'm also not interested in SW or BG. Unfortunately, I have already booked and paid for my August tickets directly via Discovery Cove when they had a special offer last year, but I need to check with them to see if I can get a full refund for cancelling. The ATD offer is an absolute no brainer. |

I just called up for August and was offered £162 pp but had to also buy a sea world ticket at £62! Sadly not viable for us 🙁

Absolutely disgusted with ATD, really wouldn't look to buy from them in the future, rang and was on hold for over 1.5 hours in total, no estimated wait time, no mention of call back, no live help on their webpage or Fb, stuck it out and then when I eventually got talking to somebody it was basically a case of tough luck, they're £175. I was also told that if I had gotten through earlier I might have gotten that special offer.
Also, excuse given was that it was a glitch on the system and they would honour what they sold so far. That's some glitch that manages to mass email people . Not sure if the wait time was because I was ringing from ROI or if they basically had next to no staff on today but surely 1.5 hours can't be acceptable? Anyway, off to another supplier with me, hopefully one that has a decent IVR and estimated wait times. We go nearly every summer for 3.5 - 4 weeks so that's a lot of tickets! |
