Linking to MDE

I have a package booked with Thomas cook and want to link with MDE but I don't have a disney reference.
How can I link or will I have to wait on disney reference

I booked with disney 3days ago and still cant link in..i got an email today telling my bout MDE but wen i go to put in ref wont go through

Another one having problems with MDE

We booked direct with Disney on Saturday, only showed up today on MDE experience and then for the wrong Resort!

Finally sorted that out and then realised that our tickets aren't linked, no dining plan is showing and best of all, the system appears to have 'lost' my DH even though he is showing as on my MDE, he isn't linked to it and I can't link him.

Oh well, had enough of it for today, will try again in a few days

My direct booking with disney is 8 digits long, is this the correct number I am entering trying to link MDE?

Direct with Disney bookings are 8 digits starting 16
Try your TC reference - if this doesn't work then give TC a call and they'll be able to tell you the reference.
It might take time though, Disney have had a huge amount of bookings and are working their way through them.
I booked on the 24th and still not linking - but then that's at OKW and bookings for here and SSR are taking even longer than other resorts.
Just keep trying

We are booked with Disney in 2016, we booked on the 23rd April and
I logged on successfully to MDE yesterday using the TC holiday reference number (8 digits) shown on my holiday confirmation email. The only thing that was not showing was the free memory maker, it said i had to purchase this.

There is another thread on here with a wdw email address guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com, I used this to contact Disney, I advised that my ref starting with 1610xxxx would not link, they emailed me back to advise that this was not a Disney Ref and to contact my booking agent, I then had to email them back and state that this was booked direct with disney, they then found a 12 digit number related to my booking beginning 4512 and this has worked Hope this helps
