Playstation wireless headset

My son has just asked for a wireless headset for his playstation. Anyone got any ideas on whats good and whats not. Ideally want to spend no more than £60. Dont have to be delivered by Christmas as he is buying them himself

My son has the official PlayStation wireless headset. Has the benefits of 5.1 surround sound when used with the ps and usually available at your price point. Connectivity with the ps is great since it’s the official product.
Just had a look, his one is the gold. There’s an updated one out which at the moment is a little more expensive at £70 in Argos but it’s 7.1 surround sound. You might find it at a better price elsewhere.

Oos game and amazon as well. Could be caused by ps5 release. Might have to wait a little.

If you don't need it for xmas might be worth waiting for the sales as there is almost always some headset on offer. We got ds some 1/2 price last year

My boys have playstation and turtle beach wireless headsets and have had no problems with either. They also had cheap generic ones and they have been fine too though I would say go with the highest spec you can get for your budget.

They prefer the playstation ones as they have hidden microphones which looks nicer apparently
