I also take calpol (kids will only take calpol brand that’s not pink- pinks for girls) and Ibs tablets and gaviscon.

I'm similar to this. I used to take a bag full but now I just take a strip of paracetamol and ibuprofen, loperamide, Rennie's, a few plasters, eye drops and a small tube of hydrocortisone.

For us it's calpol fast melts for DD, calpol sachets for DS (yes I know my kids are awkward and will only take specific types)
Travel sickness pills for DH as he's not good on simulator rides.
Paracetamol
Plasters
Imodium

Anything else I'll get out there if needed.

I take Imodium Instants and Neurofen Instants, both of which you just chew so you don’t need water to take them. They taste ok. More expensive than the normal ones. I got into the habit of these when I used to travel to places where it wasn’t safe to drink the water ! 😱

Oooh, great answers. Thank you xx

We can't do Imodium (existing bowel issues) but rehydration sachets added to shopping list. Thankfully both boys used to taking Px meds so tablets are fine, don't need liquid forms.

I take much less than this as I will buy things if we need them there. I have reduced what we take over the years to what we tend to use every year.

Neurofen.
Paracetamol.
Plasters.
Many blister plasters.
Immodium.
Antiseptic wipes.
Indigestion tablets.

If my son is coming I add anti histamine tablets.

Painkillers, antacids and immodium for the plane, anything else I'll pick up as I need it, mostly because we'll stock up on medication over there anyway.
