MDE totally wiped tickets
I know there are problems with MDE at moment but has anyone had the problem of it totally wiping Park tickets off? My daughters park tickets and MNSSHP have completely disappeared off there this morning. They aren’t open yet to call and it takes forever to get through. I’ve tried the website but there’s no details of my holiday at all on there.

Yes it happened to us, about 2 weeks before we went. DH ticket completely disappeared, but his FP were still there I just couldn’t book or amend any. It took a couple of days and they reappeared. This was at the end of August when there was a lot of MDE issues.
