Ford Mustang - worth it?
Hi all!
My car hire was coming up at about £340 for 15 nights - however, I can get a Ford Mustang for £467?! Is it worth the upgrade (I’m basically just wanting more people to convince me yes haha!) |

Of course it is!
I've not been yet and not ordered a Mustang/Camero - it's a treat! I look forward to it as much as I do theme parks and favourite restaurants. I've paid similar money per day for a Fiat Panda in Europe! Incidentally that £467 sounds a touch high to me. 14 days my dates in April is about £370. This is with Netflights via Travelsupermarket. |

OP. With my back I couldn't get in one if I tried! However if it's what you fancy and you can afford it then go for it. Life is for living!
Bear in mind the back is hopeless and luggage space is limited but for 2 people it will be lovely. Sadly I'm an old fart and like 4 door sedans or SUVs. Even when I used to travel over here on my own back in the mid 1970's I used to hire a huge 4 door sedan or sometimes a 2 door model and the doors were 4ft long! God love those old Pontiacs.

Excited about Disney

Definitely has to be the Mustang - we did it for our Honeymoon trip a couple of years ago.
DW forgot to take her driving licence though, so upside I got to drive all the time & downside I had to drive all the time. |

Mr Tom that’s a good point, I’ll have 4 suitcases on the drive back to the airport haha! That’s a shame, might see if I can have one for a week and swap to a more luggage friendly car for the second week! Thanks all!

OP. Why not pick up one at MCO, keep it for 13 days and drop it at the Car Care Centre in Disney and take a cheap as chips economy thingy for the airport run. Sling cases on the back seat.

Just remember you might get a Camaro instead, that's what happened to me.
I did want the Mustang, but was happy with what I got. FD
