Juice & Blend 7 Day Reset…

Supporting the DW doing this for the week. The fridge has never looked so healthy!
I do like a good juice or a smoothie so it’s not too hard, only thing is I’m already missing my morning coffee and only started today!
Anyone else doing this? Oh, and this is only half of it, got stuff in the cupboard and garage fridge!

I have never heard of it. What is it and what’s the benefits? As bad as it sounds, I need my morning strong, black coffee 🙈

Jason Vale, it’s his latest book.
7 days of juices and blends.
To be honest I love my coffee but I must support my DW on this for the week.
Benefits are loosing weight, and being super healthy. After this week we will start adding solid food back into our diet.

Will do. If you get chance I can recommend watching Jason Vale Super Juice Me on Amazon, worth a watch.
This 7 day reset is a bit of a kick start into longer term healthy eating. We’ll continue with this kind of plan but will amend to what suits us. Possibly 5 day juice and blend then 2 days of normal solid foods, including good homemade burgers, steaks, fish and plenty of salads.
Day 2 and all good so far. If you want I am happy to post some of the juices and blends we’re having.

please do- not sure i could manage seven days of it but smoothie/juice ideas would be lovely.

Yes I have his book , and lost8 pound in the first week . Now and again I make a jUice for work , it’s very filling.
I’ve found it’s way easier just to eat abit healthier , and recently that’s what I’ve done, lost 21 pound in 8 weeks , and down to a size 8 , eaten anything I’ve wanted ( as well as treats )
And walking each day . Getting all the stuff I had in my juices , but enjoying it way more .
