Charter Travel Cancellation Fees

I stopped using Charter Travel when I had to cancel, mine, my Mums and my Dads holiday as he was dying. I lost the whole cost of my holiday, a week later my Dad died and as we had not cancelled the other 8 people in the parties booking, my husband called and asked could he add us back on the booking. He said we could but it cost us nearly double what it originally cost us to add us on to the booking. Never used them since.

Should be pointed out that you only need pay for part of your holiday on a credit card for the whole amount to be covered by section 75.
