Resorts within walking distance of bars/restaurants

Hi all,

So, we've not been the Florida now since 2016. We went 11 years in a row and decided to have a break. A few years break turned into 4 and we were supposed to go back in 2020, we clearly that didn't happen! We thought about next year but we think it will be extremely busy with international visits (if they ever allow us back in &#128514 so have decided on 2023. We have a 9 month old atm and I'm 3 months pregnant so at the time of travel will have a nearly 3 year old and an 19 month old with 5 adults travelling.

We've always stayed in Bahama Bay resort which we loved but feel it's very far from bars and resturants and is limiting on my dad who is the driver. So, we've decided this time round we'll need to be within walking distance of an Applebees or something similar so we can all have a drink. I've looked online and to be honest, don't even know where to start. We'll need either a 3 bed apartment or 3 separate rooms in a hotel.

Has anyone stayed in a resort they could recommend which is within walking distance of decent restaurants/bars?

Thanks all!

Not a resort but Highlands Reserve villas are within walking distance to an Applebee’s if you’re at the top part - it’s the reason we booked it!

Just quickly, do you know which number villas are closest to the Applebees? Quite a few villas have come up all different door numbers and I'm guessing some will be right down the other end?

We’re staying on Higher Combe drive, bonville drive and north Hampton drive seem to be up the top end too. I just googled mapped it

I agree with this. We stayed there in 2019 and walked a few times. We were on Blackheath Crescent which was a 10 minute walk at a dawdling pace.

If you are looking for a villa on Highlands Reserve which is within walking distance of Berry Town Center, you will need to find one located near to the side entrance on Trentham Lane. Looking on Google Maps you will see this is to the north of the community.
