Mobile BA Transatlantic Meals

Morning all,

We're flying from Heathrow to JFK next month with a very fussy eater. If anyone has flown BA recently can they let me know what food they are currently serving.

She's 14 so will be having the adult meal. I would just stock up on sandwiches etc but she doesn't even like bread! Don't really want her to eat Pringles and Squashies for 8 hours.

Thanks

This was 3 weeks ago BA Gatwick to Tampa, beef casserole with chorizo. The other option was a vegetarian pasta with a tomato sauce

Thanks Eccle,

I'd be happy eating that! Think we'll be filling her up on burgers before we depart though.

I assume they restrict the child’s meal to a maximum age? It’s a shame she couldn’t have that

I thought anybody can order a child meal in MMB with BA regardless of age.
I know a number of adults who do this regularly on some of the BA short haul routes. When you travel the same route week in/week out you get fed up with the same meal so changing to a “special meal” breaks the monotony 😳

On pretty much all airlines anyone can order a child's meal some as the special dietary ones.

Are they chicken nuggets? She'd eat them and the sweetcorn (but leave the mash!).
