Shame, because the missus' CX-5 is a fantastic example of the current and recent Mazda quality, and the new 3 looks awesome... Just needs 300 horses and 4wd
Absolutely no help to the OP, other than to say the design and spec level is great on modern Mazda's. Enjoy.
Thank you so much. I'm really looking forward to Tuesday. I'm clueless but it looks lovely to me

I had a Mazda 6 MPS and also a Mazda CX7 (petrol) both great cars, 260 HP and 4WD.

Very strange why Mazda dropped out of the performance car market.

Mazda make quality cars and would definitely recommend

got its big brother back in 2014 and absolutely love it (i have the 2.2l diesel automatic m6 tourer), in that time the only physical issue i had was with the brake calipers (symptom was a "loose" handbrake which needed pulling up right to the top), and they were replaced as part of a recall (just that i had mine done 6 months before the recall, so had to spend ages arguing with the dealer that i should get refunded for it)

other than that, ive had a new set of tyres.

had an older 6 prior to that and it was the most reliable car i'd ever bought prior to that. also had a 3 as a loan car while mine was in for servicing/etc and it felt exactly the same to drive, it was just smaller

you're not going to regret your choice! theres a good chance my next car will also be a mazda, but i'm hoping by the time i need one (im guessing another 10+ years before this one becomes unreliable and needs replacing) that electric ones will be available, a nice little electric mx5 would be great!

The missus is on her third CX-5 - cracking car, and that's from a V8 owning petrol head!
MX-30 looks really interesting - about 3 size, but I'm sure it's a precursor to the next CX-5.
