Just arrived at bwv
Just arrived from the airport, it's 6.15 pm and the room is not ready😟 It's been a long enough day without this.

Not good. Have they indicated how long it will be?
But when you are in your room it will all fade away and I'm sure you will have a great time. Seen the weeks weather forecast? Stunning!

How awful. I would be mad but I hope you are in and settled now and as said above its all faded away. Have a fab holiday.

That's very frustrating. I think the rooms are supposed to be ready from 4 which is quite late to start with. I hope you didn't have to wait too long and your room is lovely.

It was nearly 7pm before we got in. Eventually got a manager who was lovely, gave us a $200 Credit and 3 fast passes each for 3 days each. It is a lovely room,5059, with a beautiful view. We watched the Epcot and HS fireworks at the same time last night and then had a knock at the door with a beautiful tray of cheeses, crackers, fruit,a bottle of wine and a card from Mickey and Minnie (I am presuming it was because I had put on our booking that it's a trip for our 35th wedding anniversary.

Wow! I would not be impressed having to wait that long! Did they say why?
I'm glad you have a lovely room now but I'd ask for that night's points to be refunded as well. Have a great holiday.
