Best place to find LGW hotel & parking deals?

We finally found decent flights last night so we're booked for August 2020. Woohoo!
We're flying from Gatwick South and want to drive up the day before and stay at an in-terminal hotel. Which sites do you recommend checking for hotel/parking deals?
Is there an ideal price we should be aiming for, or does the price not really fluctuate much?

I tend to use HolidayExtras for a package, always comes out cheapest for me.

Bloc is good and in Gatwick South but the best prices are on their own website.

Hilton at Gatwick 1 nights stay and 16 days parking next October (half term) �263. Hotel attached to south terminal stayed here a couple of years ago, good.

we're going tomorrow for a flight saturday and we do independant parking thhrough holiday extras and a Hilton stay, used our Tesco vouchers but cheap anyway

We booked Premier Inn North direct for �42 and parking for 2 weeks direct with Gatwick long stay �84 for 16 nights.

Last time we used Holidayextras but had a problem with the Purple Parking included in the package and they couldn't have cared less, so will book direct in future.

We used Holiday extras never had a problem, plus if you have quidco you can get up to 17% cashback

We have been using APH for years, if you sign up for their emails you can get up to 25% of their deals.

If you sign up to Gatwick emails, you can get 10% off long stay parking
We stayed at Premier Inn North, for about �50 and parked at Long Stay South for about �95 for 18 days in September
