Hello. Did anyone manage to buy an xbox series x? I added to basket fir John Lewis and then it didn't go any further. For Asda, I'd even got as far as putting in card details but then got blank screen. Also tried Microsoft, Very, Argos, Tesco, Amazon and AO but no stock available 🙁

Me too - nothing -Game didn’t even show as having any available
Best luck I had was John Lewis who cruelly showed it being added to my basket only to then default to sold out .
I’m off to visit Asda and Tesco in store now but no hope really as Tesco customer service says not available in store on release day even though their magazine says from The 10th

I'd read somewhere that there wouldn't be any Xbox and PS5 available to purchase in stores on release day, any additional consoles would be online. I presumed that was to prevent people from going from shop to shop due to COVID - I think your best bet would be to keep refreshing online and checking the Stock Informer website.

I know tesco are not expecting to have any available on release day as they had the preordered consoles come in last week and were told they would not be getting any additional stock at the moment due to lockdown rules.

Been trying since just before 8am. John Lewis kept showing stock but wouldn't add it to my basket. I was able to add to the basket at Argos but not available. Why do they have to make it so difficult, they know everyone wants one so just release enough bloody stock!

We managed to put one in our basket with John Lewis for the site to just crash
