I've just had an email from Amazon saying the updated expected arrival date is 18th-19th November.

The latest info we have is that it should reach the warehouse today, and is then just a case of how quick the distribution can be to each supplier (like Amazon, Waterstones, etc).

I had an email from Amazon yesterday saying my order was despatched and app is showing it should arrive today, by Royal Mail.

We first went in 2002 and ordered copies for the first couple of years I think but not since.

We are going again next year - it will only be my DIL's second visit and she is beyond excited - even more so than the kids so I have ordered her a copy for Christmas. (Plus one for me as I couldn't cope with the book envy)
