Private Chef thoughts

Hello

When we are in Florida next month its my wife's 40th birthday and I'm looking to get peoples thoughts on the below and whether anyone has tried it.

During the day of her Birthday we are going to Discovery cove, as its the most relaxing place for us in Orlando. But for night, I'm struggling a little as my wife is vegetarian and the choices for a really nice relaxing fancy meal for vegetarians seems to be lacking. I'm thinking along the lines of having a private chef come to the villa and prepare a really nice meal that will be suited to her exact requirements.

Has anyone ever had a private chef come to their villa/condo and do this type of thing and if yes what was your experience.

I live in Orlando and I've catered events at houses both here and back home in England. What date are you looking at?

Just a small night 2 adults and 2 teenagers on the 28th July
