I’d get onto them , untaken leave needs to be paid so sounds like the whole thing is a bit of a mess if that isn’t detailed either.

What were you paid at the start of your employment?

Ask HR for a full breakdown.

If your letter states 12 weeks notice, ask then for it, you never know they might pay.

What’s the notice in your contract? They have to pay you that.

I agree with contacting HR, it sounds as though it's not correctly worked out. Good luck.

I was furloughed and then made redundant - on my final pay slip - they took around £300 off me for " furlough over payment " - very annoyed as it was obviously they has messed it up - still cannot work out how it happened.

Glad I have another job and left this lot behind.

I feel for you.

If your redundancy letter states 12 weeks notice, then I would be asking them for the pay for 12 weeks !

If that's what they have offered ask for it !

Your notice is what's in your contract. 12 weeks is pretty standard so ask for that.

If you've only been there 10 months how long did you work before you were paid. For example did you work all of February and get paid full month on 28th of February or whenever your first month was.

Definitely call HR tomorrow but have your dates and figures written down ready.

Having looked back at my first wage slip I started around the 19th Nov and I got paid on the 23rd Dec the hours on there would have been for five weeks pay. I can’t check on my contract as it was on my online file and I am no longer able to access it although I’m pretty sure it said one weeks notice. If it makes any difference I was on a Xmas temp contract until mid Jan then switched to a permanent one.
