Anaheim to Hollywood without a car
We have booked California as a back up for November if our earlier Orlando trip fails. We don't drive so was planning on booking Starline tours coach to get from Anaheim to Hollywood but they aren't operating at the moment- are there any other places that do coaches from Anaheim area?

you can get the train from Anaheim to Union Station. Take the Metro from Union Station to Hollywood.

I had a look and Uber isn't bad, its $50 each way but I wasn't sure if traffic would affect the price and push it up a lot more (I know LA can be a nightmare!)

We have done this twice...first a number of years ago we did the train as mentioned above. Last time with DS in toe we got a Lyft from Hollywood to Anaheim. The price quoted as we booked was what we paid irrespective of how long it took in the traffic! I'm assume Uber would be the same!

We did this for a visit to Griffith Observatory, but made the mistake of presuming there would be a regular train service from Anaheim to Union Station (think there was actually only about 6 trains on a Sunday). Only train back in that direction after 1730 was to Fullerton. Found a nice bar near station for meal and then got Lyft from there to Anaheim.
