Is there any chance you could share that contract template please? That’s the only thing holding me back from renting my points out.

This is my concern, do I get them to put payment into my paypal account before I confirm booking or do I confirm booking then get payment ?
Sorry for the dumb questions but I never thought I would have to rent points out !
Also if anyone happy to share a contract template I would really appreciate it . TIA

If you are not borrowing points and res is more than 30 days away you can easily cancel, so I'd book it first... If not I'd get payment first.. You can always reverse the PayPal if the availability goes. I don't think there's any fees for doing so.
