Currency not arrived

Ordered dollars with john lewis on friday with delivery due yesterday ( tuesday ) special delivery, it didn't turn up and tracking not been updated since 8pm monday

Phoned royal mail and they said as john lewis sent after 6pm monday that it wouldn't be next day as would be classed as them receiving on the tuesday, was assured tracking would update this evening and it hasn't!

We leave early Thursday morning and I'm worried it wont turn up tomorrow

Never had this happen before with all the years been going, what are my options if it doesn't turn up?

This is a bulk of our money we are taking, in hindsight should not have ordered online so close to holiday, lesson learned

Am sorry you are in this position. JL are usually pretty good I would give them a ring first thing. Ask what's with the tracking and what the ETA is. Any alternative options for you if it doesn't come through?

Would definitely contact JL. I�ve ordered from them a few times for currency and they�ve always been really good and it has always been next day.
