US IOA annual pass upgrade and Halloween horror nights tickets

Hi we have both 14 day Us IOA and Volcano bay tickets with frequent fear pass for Halloween horror nights included from Orlando attraction tickets.
I was just wondering if anyone knows if we upgrade our passes early on in the holiday to annual pass tickets would we still get the entry to halloween horror nights as all the ticket entries are on one ticket with no seperate ticket for halloween horror nights.

Or if we upgraded our ticket would we loose the halloween horror nights part as its on the same ticket iykwim. Thanks for any help in advance

Thanks for the reply. We were looking to upgrade early on in hols so we could use the holding areas to get a head start on the crowds and these appear to be for annual pass holders only from what I can see

You only need HHN tickets for the holding areas, however sometimes in the first week or so they restrict the Simpson's one to Annual Passes but is usually for a few nights

This is great thanks for the help. Will get early entry and stay in a holding area so we can get the houses down early then leave the scare zones until dark as we have five nights available while we are there.

Is there a guest services at volacono bay? We want to upgrade our 3 park tickets to an annual pass (excluding volcano bay) when we go out in a couple of weeks but are visiting universal during the first week and volcano bay the second week. This means we would need to upgrade at volcano bay as if we did it at universal on the first week we wouldn't be able to get in VB the second week.
