This is exactly what I do for each major holiday plus also one per year made up of the kids. Photobox really do a great job. When we have been to Disney, either Florida or Paris I have bought the official album and have printed out the 200 photos to go in those as an extra keepsake.

I also do photo books, wouldn't have room on the bookcase for any more photo albums. I use Blurb/ Bookwright, simply because I've used it several times so know how it works. I'm doing my South Africa photo book at the moment, will only print out my favourite photos to make a framed collage.

I use CEWE for my photo books.

I think it's such a shame when they aren't printed out. The image will eventually be lost. Yes they are backed up in 12 different places. But when you are gone your grandkids aren't going to find them in the attic. But printed photos last forever. There's something so precious about an old photograph.

I've done a couple of photobooks but they don't get looked at really.

However, mine and hubby's computers (yes, the desktop kind!) are both in the kitchen/diner and practically always on, and we have a networked hard drive. My screen saver is a shuffle of *ALL* of our digital photos, which means thousands since about 2002-2003. We, and a lot of family members can sit there just staring at the photos shuffling. It's sparked up many conversations when people visit and the photos get seen far more often than if they were physical hard copies or in books!

I love having mine digitally I look at them far more often. I have scanned in old family slides and taken pictures of printed photos to get them in to my google photos. I can share albums with family and just look at them so much more now.

I still do photos and put them in albums. I figure that when I am old and perhaps not as digitally minded I will still have photos to look at

On the album I've just made for DS3 and Dil I left space for her family on the facing pages
Her mum and gran and Nan have completed it and have been able to go back 5 generations too and are so glad that these photographs documents won't be chucked out

Yes I do still make a holiday album , I buy an album when I'm there and only print the 200 photos to fill it so there is a big cull 😂 I just look at the extras online then . Me and my wee boy love taking the album out for a look every so often
