Little bit concerned

This will be my first Disney cruise and we have a stateroom with a veradah but it say I will be allocated on arrival should I be worried about this will I get a bad cabin ?

Would expect so... surely no bad cabins? Especially those with a Verandah.

FYI... we loved our Disney cruise on Disney Dream.

If it's got a verandah it'll be a good cabin so I wouldn't worry.

It did not give me an option the only option for a stateroom with veradah was allocation on arrival . I never done this before so just assumed this was ok

We have done 7 Disney cruises and have always had the option to choose. Did you book direct with DCL? If you did you can usually go onto the site and change your cabin choice till about 4 weeks out.

did you book on the disney cruise line website? for me, I booked the stateroom and was able to choose from hundreds available at that time.. I can even go into my booking now and change it if I wanted to

There are some rates for ‘guaranteed ‘ cabins. These are usually bit cheaper and allocated closer to departure. We’ve booked one of these for our p and o cruise. Like the OP the option to select a cabin wasn’t available. I assume once a certain percentage of cabins are selected then they only offer ‘guaranteed’ cabins.

O have just looged into to my Disney cruise and it just says " because I have booked accommodation with limited avalaiblity ( we have delux stateroom with extended veradah guarated) our cabin will be allocated on arrival and we will get the cat booked or higher ) just not going to worry about it sure it will be fine .
