That’s all 🙃
We would do most of these apart from the copies of documents in suitcase. If by some chance it gets broken into they will get lots of information from that documents. Your choice of course.
We would also drop the clothes as you can buy there if needed. Means a smaller bag

I don’t think I take that much but still use a small cabin bag plus hand bag .

Documents in a travel wallet
Phone + charger
Kindle + charger
Small bag of toiletries containing my contact lenses, moisturiser, wipes, toothpaste, toothbrush, eye drops.
Paracetamol/ibuprofen
Prescription meds
Camera
Neck pillow (usually only on the return)
Sweets, crisps and water
Purse with cash and cards in for holiday plus separate coin purse for airport
House keys
Glasses
Sunglasses

Basically anything I need for the flight plus anything valuable or that I couldn’t replace easily over there.

Excited about Disney

Depends where I'm going. For every trip:
Phone, wallet, money, keys, travel documents and passport, something to do like a book, crosswords etc, lip balm and maybe a snack and water if it's a budget airline.

For a beach holiday I also always put in:
flipflops, bikini, sarong. That way if your bag gets lost you can at least go straight in the pool/on the beach while you are faffing about waiting for it to catch you up.

I suppose for Disney I would consider the basics plus shorts, T shirt, clean underwear (assuming wearing trainers on the flight), so that if your bag gets lost you can just get going without needing to immediately find someone to buy bits and bobs (and hope your bag turns up the next day).

Can you tell we've been separated from our checked in luggage before?!

We always have checked in luggage try to travel light every year and it never works. I always take a hand luggage case on board which used to be filled with all sorts of stuff I thought I needed but never used 😂😂 I still take it and use it for purchases (it extends) and check it in on our return flight.

Going to Florida next week. Husband and I both have daily medication we need to take. Is it safer to take all the medication (all tablets) in my flight bag in case our suitcases get lost (has happened before)?

My hand luggage is either huge as it's my only bag (for trips up to a week, I loathe hanging around for bags and had a few not arrive at my destination with me on a few trips). If I'm checking luggage , passport and travel docs, purse, phone , IPad (with stuff downloaded onto it to watch on Sky go extra, plus the kindle program loaded with new books and magazines) 2 sets of headphones, chargers , sweets , wet wipes , toothbrush, and some sweets, for a long flight I might stick a pashmina or slanket in as I get cold on flights and a clean t shirt and knickers. Usually Ido nt wear contact lenses when flying as my eyes get dry , but have a pair of dailies to pop in on arrival.

Bags rarely get lost altogether just delayed so personally I tend to pack the majority and travel with three days worth but carry a copy of all prescriptions in hand luggage in case the worst did happen.

Is there any problem with having a big bag of pills in your hand luggage though? Also I have special eye drops which I need to take 3 times a day, do they need putting in a separate clear bag?
