People have been praising companies who have done well during the pandemic, so I just want to give a shout out to Tripadvisor. We had a holiday booked to the Isle of Wight for July, but have now moved it to next year. Tripadvisor kept us up to date all the way through, changed dates for paying final balances and have now given us the options of changing holiday dates, cancelling with no charges or going still. We have changed to next year with the same price and no problems at all. Well done Tripadvisor.

I learn something every day. I use tripadvisor a lot but I did not know they did bookings, I thought they just searched other third party sites for prices.

We googled self-catering apartments, found an apartment through the tourist website and when you pressed on go to website it went straight to the apartment on the Tripadvisor website and booked there. Found last year�s one as well on Tripadvisor.
