Mako ride video

We went on this today, got there for park opening and had a 120 minute wait,

Absolutely amazing ride!
A lot higher and faster than it actually looks!

They made a huge and I mean HUGE wait line for it and I watched the line for most of the day and it never reached full capacity, the wait time at 2:30pm was 30 minutes!

We went at 10.00am and no quick queues were left and a 2hr wait! No thanks. Sacked seaworld off and wet to universal instead. Great day out

Went to the park last week and it was open! Less than a 5 minute wait for both times we went on it (straight after the other) maybe we were lucky to get it on a soft open?

I wonder if anyone who has rode mako can can tell us how it felt with just the lap bar for restraint. Did it feel safe? Did it feel comfortable? 😊

It very comfortable in my opinion, I like the lap security as it keeps you in your seat but allows you to "rise" just a little over the bumps which is a nice feeling in my opinion, it's also freeing to not be totally strapped in and locked down like other rides.

The ride itself is very smooth

My friend went on it last week for soft opening, she said it was a really smooth ride and lots of fun.
