Your offsite days will open up 60 days before each day. If you are on site for a week you can book all your onsite days 60 days before check in, you then need to wait a week until 60 days before your first offsite day to book them, and it will be then one day at a time.

I am doing this at the moment, booking my remaining days following an onsite stay, and everyday one more date appears on the calendar. Going in August and lots of choice, really easy to use site.
