I know it's not the same, but have you considered Disneyland Paris? It might be easier to get to, and if you could stay at the Disneyland hotel you are right at the gate of the parks.

I think this was Michelle. Her DD had to be upright during take off, landing and any turbulence.

Its VA that do the seat plus but it depends on availability I think if its a peak flight I don't think they always offer it . Don't think it costs that much surprisingly.

But I'd assume for turbulence you would need to be in just one seat and upright with the belt on.
